1. Cases of return and exchange:

• Goods with technical defects and manufacturer defects

• Damaged goods due to the process of transporting goods to customers of Nootropics Vietnam

• The delivered goods do not match the model and type that the customer ordered

If you find the above cases, please do not receive the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm the status of the machine on the spot and request a return. Or immediately report the status of defective goods to us within 3 days from the date of receipt for support for renewal, beyond 3 days we will not support to resolve because by default the customer has agreed with the product. deliver.

ONLY RECEIVE NEW, SEALED, TRIAL PRODUCTS OF 10 CAPSULES OR MORE ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR REFUND.

2. Refund Policy

Refund fee: the refund fee will be fully covered by Nootropics Vietnam if the fault is ours.

Refund form: Will send the new product for the customer, in case there is no longer such product in stock, the company commits to refund 100% of the fee that the customer has paid to us through the following forms: cash or transfer to customers. Refunds within 10 business days.

Conditions apply

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Returns and Refunds Policy and forming part of the Terms of Service, Nootropics Vietnam secures the interests of customers by allowing product return requests to be submitted and/or refund before expiration. The term Nootropics Vietnam Guarantee is set forth in the Terms of Service.

Nootropics Vietnam Guarantee is a product provided by Nootropics Vietnam, at the request of the customer, to assist the customer in resolving conflicts that may arise during the transaction.

Return conditions

Customer agrees that she/he may request return and refund only in the following cases:
• Customer has paid but did not receive the product;
• The product is defective or damaged in transit;
•  Wrong product shipped to customer (eg wrong model, quantity, etc.)

Don't change your mind after completed your order

Except as described in this Returns and Refunds Policy, returns due to customer's change of mind will not be accepted.

Refund for Returned Goods

Nootropics Vietnam will only refund to customer once Nootropics Vietnam confirms receipt of the Returned Goods. In case customer does not respond within the pre-specified time period, Nootropics Vietnam will automatically refund customer without further notice. Refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis to customer's designated credit card/bank account.

Note: For COD orders, it is the customer's responsibility to provide bank account information in order to receive the refund.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Nootropics Vietnam harmless, or against, against any claim, suit, or other liability/responsibility, damages, claims, penalties, fines, expenses costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, any other dispute resolution costs) in connection with or arising out of or in connection with any action by Nootropics Vietnam under the Returns and Refunds Policy this.
